Tammy Dunbar, C.R.S., G.R.I., A.B.R., Broker Associate: Tammy established her association with ERA FAIRFIELD REAL ESTATE fourteen years ago. Tammy reached $1,000,000 in sales in her first year associated with the firm, and has been a multi-million dollar producer each year since. She believes professionalism is enhanced by education, and she obtained her Broker's license in 2005. Tammy recently became a Certified Residential Specialist (C.R.S.) and is also an Accredited Buyer's Representative (A.B.R.) and a Graduate of the Realtor's Institute (G.R.I.). She served as the 2009 Chamber of Commerce President, was a member of the Chamber Board for the past seven years, & is on the Fairfield Park & Recreation Foundation Board. Judith Cox, S.R.E.S., Sales Associate: Judy began selling real estate in 1986, and she joined ERA FAIRFIELD REAL ESTATE in 1997. Judy has been involved in both residential and commercial sales throughout her career. She is very community-minded, being a past president of the Fairfield Area Chamber of Commerce, the Fairfield Rotary Club, and she has also been involved in many Jefferson County Hospital events. Judy enjoys her grandchildren, boating, and living in a secluded area surrounded by many trees, which complements her love of nature and wildlife. Judy has recently earned the Senior Real Estate Specialist designation, certifying her ability to provide service to a growing market sect and further demonstrating the commitment of ERA Fairfield Real Estate and staff to education.

Karen Hewitt, CNE, Sales Associate: Karen began her real estate career in 2006 and joined ERA Fairfield Real Estate in 2007. She attended the University of Northern Iowa and returned to Fairfield in 2000. Karen received the accredited bronze award from the Iowa Association of realtors for the success of reaching 1.5 million in sales during her first year in realestate with ERA. Karen has completed ERA's ten unit "Acceleration" course and continues her education to enable herself to be of greater service to her clients. She brings great professionalism, enthusiasm and desire to serve clients' needs. Karen and her husband Dan have three children and enjoy their activities, as well as traveling, and a wide variety of other interests.

Margie Padget, Sales Associate, Office Manager: Margie Padget joined the professional staff of ERA Fairfield Real Estate early in 2009, after twelve years in the health care industry. Margie has lived and worked in Jefferson County since 1997. She attended Indian Hills Community College acquiring an Associates Degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant and obtained a B.S. degree from Iowa Wesleyan College in Life Science. Her husband Randy owns Padget Lawn Care, LLC and maintains the family farm. Margie believes that her life experiences will add to her ability to provide her real estate clients with exceptional service and professionalism.

Patti Hamilton, C.B.R., C.N.E., Broker Associate: Patti Hamilton graduated from Ohio State University and her first career was teaching school. She has been in the real estate business for over 20 years in Fairfield, Iowa. She moved to Fairfield in 1979 and began her real estate career in 1990 at Ford & Company Real Estate. In 1995 she became a partner in Heartland Real Estate and became sole owner in 1998. She merged with C21 in 2006 and became a part of C21 Hayes-Heartland.
Patti has joined ERA Fairfield Real Estate and looks forward to expanding their current leading role in real estate services.
As a former Broker and now as an Associate Broker, her experience in real estate is far reaching and diverse. Patti was the highest volume producing agent in the Fairfield area from 2006-2009, a direct result of her professionalism, attention to detail, and repeat customers. Patti was awarded the CENTURION Producer award in 2006, 2007, and 2008. She completed the Certified Buyers Representative (CBR) course and the Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) class. She has a dedicated list of returning clients and a strong referral network due to the exemplary customer service she provides.
